We accept change-of-mind returns only if the product is completely unopened and the factory seal is intact. Once the seal is broken, we can no longer accept the return due to health and hygiene regulations.
Absolutely. We use plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of our business name or the contents. The return address uses our shortened name,
“S&T Retail.”
Please check the batteries or charging port first! If the item is indeed faulty, please email us within 7 days of arrival. We stand by the quality of our products and will organize a replacement or refund for any genuine manufacturing faults.
